Their professionalism, punctuality, responsiveness, and honesty to my needs as a customer were outstanding. They walked me through every step, including my claim with the insurance company, and even showed the day the insurance adjuster arrived. I now have an approved claim for a new roof. Your care and concerns will definitely be heard, and I can say I have finally come across good old fashioned customer service, which is very hard to find. The new roof is amazing, and it only cost me my deductible.
