They walked me through every step, including my claim with the insurance company, and even showed the day the insurance adjuster arrived. I now have an approved claim for a new roof. Your care and concerns will definitely be heard, and I can say I have finally come across good old fashioned customer service, which is very hard to find. The new roof is amazing, and it only cost me my deductible.

I recently purchased a commercial building with an aging roof that had lots of problems and leaks. Couldn’t afford to replace the roof, and patches weren’t doing anything. I contracted Glick Roofing to use their roof coating system. They’ve already done two sections and it works perfectly.

We are a manufacturing facility and are constantly moving materials around from building to building. I was eager to have our roof completed, but very nervous about how much it would disrupt our operation. These folks were amazing. They worked around us and there was literally zero disruption. We only had to move some vehicles for a couple of days. I honestly never dreamed it could be this smooth.

I could not be more satisfied with the quality work performed by Glick Roofing Systems. I have a historic building that is over a century old and has had bad water leaks since I owned it. Glick was able to remedy this problem for literally half the price of other quotes I received. Ephraim Glick and his team completed a roofing project for my 18,000 square foot commercial building in Chattanooga. TN. recently. The Glick team executed everything exactly as he said from beginning to end. He promptly responded to my online quote request, within 3 days he came and evaluated my roofing needs and gave me a complete assessment and very competitive quote. His team arrived exactly when he said they would, stayed until the job was completed, and actually finished the project just ahead of the promised timeframe. His team even left my campus as clean as it was when they arrived. I would highly recommend Ephraim and his company with any roofing project you may need.

Glick did a fabulous job doing inspections and coming up with a solution with lap seam leaks for our large manufacturing facility roof. Very knowledgeable and professional in their approach and did the job on time and on budget and did an excellent job of leaving the job site in good condition each day and cleaned up satisfactory when the job completed. Highly recommend!

What a great company. Glick Roofing delivered as advertised. The quality of work performed on this 30 year roof was unbelievable. From the beginning to the end, every step was detailed and communicated. My Glick crew was very knowledgeable and professional yet still gave you that family customer service atmosphere.
