How It All Started
Our founder, Ephraim Glick, began roofing at just 13 years old. Over the years, he saw too many property owners let down by unreliable contractors—those who over-promised, under-delivered, or disappeared when problems arose.
Because of those experiences, Ephraim knew the industry needed change. He believed roofing should focus on trust, respect, and clear communication, not just installation. As a result, Glick Roofing Systems was born to do things differently.
